You can fill out an application in person.  

$17.00 for the 1^st applicant, $12.00 for each additional applicant. 

Electricity and WIFI are set up under the resident’s name. Water & sewer are billed back to our residents on a monthly basis, with rates varying depending on household usage. 

We do not allow pets in our community. Service & Support animals will be allowed after third party verification has been received from a medical practitioner. 

It is based on your gross annual income.
